Cream cheese and strawberry dessert

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g double cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 400 g strawberries
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 20 g chocolate shavings (white chocolate)
  • some biscuits or wafer rolls as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

not so sweet

Wash and hull the strawberries, and pat them dry. Cut them into bite-sized pieces and mix them in a bowl with the vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. Let them sit for a while to allow some of the juice to form. Mix the cream cheese with a little cold milk until smooth. It should still be firm. Pour the cream cheese into 3 deep plates and spread evenly. Then top each plate with 2-3 tablespoons of the strawberries and some of the juice. Decorate with white chocolate shavings and cookies and serve.
