Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g Camembert(s), creamy, strong, ripe, room temperature, roughly chopped
- 125 g cream cheese
- 150 g radishes, diced
- 2 spring onions, cut into fine rings
- 1 box of garden cress, cut with scissors
- Sea salt and black pepper, freshly ground
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mash the Camembert and cream cheese with a fork. Add the radishes, spring onions, and half of the cress and mix in. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and sprinkle with the remaining cress. Serve with pretzel sticks or farmhouse bread.
