Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g radishes, sliced
  • 1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
  • 100 ml sweet cream
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients, let it sit for a moment, and mix again! It goes very well with boiled potatoes! The sweet cream can also be easily replaced with sour cream, which will reduce the fat content of the salad. It also tastes great with radishes (instead of radishes)!
