Radish Salad with Cucumber

Ingredients
 

  • 1 bunch Radish
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 1 bunch Chives
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tsp Pepper mustard
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut the small cucumber (half the size of a normal one) lengthways and cut it down.
  • The radishes too, mine were really big.
  • Chop the chives.
  • Mix lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar, mustard and oil into a creamy dressing and season with salt.
  • Mix everything together and let it steep a little.
