Ingredients
- 1 bunch Radish
- 1 small Cucumber
- 1 bunch Chives
- 1 Lemon
- 2 tsp Pepper mustard
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Cut the small cucumber (half the size of a normal one) lengthways and cut it down.
- The radishes too, mine were really big.
- Chop the chives.
- Mix lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar, mustard and oil into a creamy dressing and season with salt.
- Mix everything together and let it steep a little.
