Ingredients
salad
- Cucumber
- 4 large Radish
- 3 Spring onions fresh
- Salt
- Pepper
dressing
- 150 g Creme fit or creme fraiche
- 2 tsp Horseradish
- 2 tsp Organic lemon
- Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
Aside from that
- 200 g Smoked salmon
- 200 g Sesame
Instructions
salad
- Wash the radishes and cut into thin slices.
- Brush off the cucumber and cut lengthways into thin strips with a peeler.
- Clean the spring onions and cut into thin rings. Season everything in a bowl and mix together
dressing
- Season the cream fit or creme fraiche with lemon juice, horseradish, salt, pepper and a little sugar, pour over the salad and mix well
Serving
- Place the smoked salmon on a plate, garnish with the cucumber and radish salad in the center and with a little toasted sesame, dill and red berries.
- If you want, you can have a baguette with it --- Bon appetit; 🙂
