Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 2 m.-large tomato(s)
- 1 pack of feta cheese, approx. 200 g
- 1 small onion(s)
- Balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Slice the radishes with a V-slicer or cut them into sticks. Slice the onion into wafer-thin quarters. Dice the tomatoes. Crumble or chunk the feta cheese, depending on your taste. Mix everything together, season with a little balsamic vinegar and a generous splash of olive oil, as well as salt and pepper. Serve best with white bread, such as baguette or pide. It also tastes great stuffed into pita bread.
