Radish salad with mustard dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 m.-large cucumber(s)
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 radish(s)
  • 4 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 box of cress
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil the eggs, rinse, and peel them. Peel the radish and cucumber, and trim the radishes. Halve the cucumber and remove the seeds. Cut everything into thin slices. Mix together the vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and sugar. Whisk in the oil. Chop the eggs and fold them into the marinade. Mix the prepared salad ingredients with the marinade and let it marinate. Rinse the cress, if desired, and sprinkle over the salad.
