Radish salad with oil and vinegar

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 large radish(s), white
  • 1 large radish(s), black
  • 3 m.-large carrot(s)
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp herb vinegar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 handful of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

Peel both radishes and the carrots and slice them into strips to the desired thickness. Add all the other ingredients and stir well. It’s best to let stand overnight and season with vinegar and salt the next day, if desired.
