Ingredients
 

  • 1 bunch Radish
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 1 Onion
  • 0,75 L Vegetable broth
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice the onion and sauté in the oil until translucent.
  • Cut the spring onions into rings and add to the onion.
  • Clean the radishes, quarter them and add to the onions, also tear up some beautiful leaves and add them, sauté everything briefly, deglaze with the vegetable stock and simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
  • Add the cream cheese, Worcester sauce and the spices and puree everything with a hand blender.
  • Arrange on plates and serve.
