Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 bunch radishes
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 250 g cooked ham, sliced
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Herbs (salad herbs), frozen or fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 6 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 6 hours 15 minutes
Wash and thinly slice the radishes. Place them in a bowl, season with salt, and let them stand. Peel and thinly slice the cucumber, then toss in a bowl with the vinegar, salt, and pepper. Dice the ham. Whisk the mayonnaise with the sour cream, add the cucumber (with the vinegar), ham, and salad greens. Squeeze the radishes a little and add them last. Let the salad stand for a while.
