  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 bay leaf, fresh if possible
  • Salt

A new way to enjoy radishes

Remove the leaves from the radishes, wash them, and halve them. Heat clarified butter in a small pan and toast the bay leaf. Add the radishes to the pan, season with salt, and simmer with the lid on for 6-8 minutes, depending on the size of the radishes.
