Cherry crumb cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g butter
  • 500 g cherry(s) from the jar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For the dough, combine all ingredients except the cherries in a mixing bowl and use a dough hook to form crumbles. Grease a springform pan and line the bottom with baking paper. Crumble 2/3 of the crumbles into the springform pan and press down lightly. Let the cherries drain. Place on top of the crumbles, sprinkle with the remaining crumbles, and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (fan oven) for 35-40 minutes.
