Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 bar of white chocolate
- 100 g mascarpone
- 1 tsp butter
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g almonds, chopped
- some vanilla
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Mix the desiccated coconut with the almonds and vanilla (I like to use vanilla extract here, as the chocolate is already sweet enough; if you prefer, you can also use vanilla sugar). Finally, add the mascarpone and mix everything together well. Tip: I store the cream in a sealed jar in the refrigerator.
