Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500 g whipped cream
  • 1 can condensed milk, sweetened
  • 10 pieces of confectionery (Raffaello)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 15 minutes

quick and easy

Line a loaf pan or empty ice cream carton with foil. Unwrap the Raffaellos and chop them finely with a large knife. Stir the condensed milk in a large bowl until smooth. Whisk the cream until stiff and fold into the condensed milk. Stir in the chopped Raffaellos. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours. Stir thoroughly after two hours to prevent crystallization. Or make it in an ice cream maker.
