Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 8 grapes, green or blue
- 4 tbsp sugar, brown

Melt the butter and caramelize the honey in it. For the lollipops: Wash the grapes, dry them thoroughly, and place them on 8 skewers. Drag the skewered grapes through the mixture and roll them in brown sugar. Let the skewers dry for about 2 hours. For the “crutch sticks”: Cut 8 strips of spring roll dough, approximately 1 cm wide. Wrap these around wooden spoon handles and brown them on baking paper in the oven at 250 degrees Celsius for about 5 to 8 minutes, turning the spoon once. Turn off the oven. Brush the spirals with the caramel mixture, remove the strips from the spoon handles, and let them dry for about 15 minutes in the switched-off oven.
