simple and delicious

Wash and hull the strawberries, but don’t remove the green leaves. Cut off the top of each strawberry. Hollow out the strawberries with a thin spiralizer – be careful not to leave a hole at the end. Melt the chocolate coating over a pan of simmering water. Do not let the water boil. Let the chocolate cool slightly. Then, carefully, without spilling, fill the openings of the strawberries with a small teaspoon. Refrigerate the filled strawberries for about 30 minutes. Once the chocolate has set, they are ready to serve. These strawberries go well with any dessert and are an eye-catcher on any buffet.
