Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g meat sausage (veal sausage or Lyoner) in slices
- 2 tomatoes
- 5 m.-large gherkins
- 1 large tomato pepper, pickled
- 3 slice(s) of cheese, e.g. Emmental, Maasdam, etc.
- 1 small onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- Paprika powder
- Garlic granules
- Vinegar
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Sausage salad with everything the fridge has to offer
Cut the sausage and vegetables into approximately 3-4 cm long strips or half rings. Mix everything together and season generously. Serve with delicious buttered bread. Tip: If you don’t have any tomato and peppers on hand, simply chop a fresh bell pepper and fry it briefly in olive oil.
