Wok noodles with pork

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pork schnitzel
  • 250 g noodles (stir-fry)
  • 800 ml broth
  • 750 g vegetables (Chinese), frozen
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • Oil or butter
  • Spice mix (Chinese)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the finely chopped pork in a nonstick frying pan, season, and remove from the pan. Sauté the Chinese vegetables in a little oil or butter, add soy sauce, and season. Add the broth and stir-fried noodles to the vegetables. Stir continuously while cooking. The dish is ready after about 5 minutes. Finally, add the meat and mix well.
