Rainbow cake with quark and jelly

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 sponge cake
  • 3 cups of quark, 250 g each
  • 3 packs of jelly, green, red and yellow
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 1 hour 5 minutes

Enclose the sponge cake base in a cake ring. Sweeten 250g of quark with sugar. Boil 1 sachet of jelly with 250ml of water according to the package instructions, let it cool, and mix it with the quark. Pour into the dish and wait until it sets. Repeat the process for the next layers with jelly in the other colors. Always wait between layers until each layer is set and the jelly has cooled completely, otherwise the layers will run into each other.
