  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 4 slices of grilled cheese

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • some jalapeño(s), pickled
  • some curry ketchup
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick and easy

Scoop out the avocado flesh, mix with a squeeze of lemon juice, and mash with a fork. Slice the onion into very thin rings, and slice the tomato and peeled banana. Fry the grilled cheese according to the package instructions for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Toast the burger buns. Place the ingredients on the table along with the curry ketchup and pickled jalapeños. Spread a thick layer of avocado cream on the bottom of the bun, according to your taste. Press in a few banana slices. Place the hot cheese, tomato slices, jalapeños, onions, and finally the curry ketchup-covered top on top. Serve with sweet potato fries. Tip: Halloumi, goat cheese, or breaded feta are also suitable alternatives to grilled cheese. Fry the goat cheese for just 1 minute on each side. Mango, persimmon, fresh fig, or papaya also taste good on the burger instead of banana.
