Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar (homemade)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 ml skimmed milk
  • 70 ml mineral water
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 pieces of apples, peeled and diced or any other fruit as desired
  • e.g. honey, 1 1/2 tsp.

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

WW suitable

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven or 200°C top/bottom heat. Stir the ingredients into a smooth batter, add the apple pieces or any fruit you like. Transfer everything to a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spread it out, and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Immediately roll up, cut into slices, arrange on a plate, and drizzle with honey. Of course, you can also omit the fruit and enjoy it with jam or Nutella. With Satt, the whole thing has 8.5 PPs. (However, the PPs change with Nutella.)
