Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 g margarine
  • 65 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g sultanas, chopped
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg(s), for brushing
  • some milk, for brushing
  • Fat, for the baking tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Quickly knead all ingredients and let rest for a while. Flatten evenly into balls on the palm of your hand, place on a greased baking sheet, and brush with egg wash. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 12 minutes.
