Ranch salad with peppers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers, yellow and red
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 4 tsp mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the bell peppers and quarter the mushrooms (you can also use fresh ones, of course). Place them in a bowl along with the corn. Pour the mayonnaise and a little milk into a shaker. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the dressing with the salad. A little tip for garnishing: Place the salad on a glass plate and place a quarter of a tomato and some parsley in the center of the salad. Looks great! Enjoy!
