Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g sausage (beer ham)
- 250 g mushrooms
- 200 g leaf spinach
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 2 onions
- 1 bunch parsley, flat
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Pepper, white
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- Nutmeg, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
For the marinade, combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pick the parsley leaves from the stems. Finely dice the onions, sort the spinach, and rinse. Cut the cleaned mushrooms, cucumber, and ham into strips. Combine all ingredients, except the spinach leaves, in a bowl and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for about 1/2 hour. Then mix and carefully fold in the spinach leaves.
