Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g lamb’s lettuce
  • ½ boiled potatoes
  • 2 tbsp coffee cream
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt
  • Chives, freshly chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Rapunzel, lamb’s lettuce, field lettuce

Wash the lettuce and drain. Mash or grate the boiled potatoes. Mix the coffee cream, the mashed potatoes, and the juice of half a lemon, and season with a little salt and sugar. Finally, stir in the chopped chives and sprinkle over the lamb’s lettuce.
