Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g raspberries, fresh
  • 50 ml lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp peppercorns, pickled
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bring the lime juice, olive oil, and maple syrup to a boil. Roughly chop the peppercorns and add. Remove from the heat and carefully add the raspberries. Add a little salt to the mixture and let it cool. Tip: Pairs well with game and fillets.
