Zucchini vegetables with dill

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 m.-large zucchini
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 50 ml water
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • 1 tbsp dill, fresh
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

First quarter the zucchini, then dice it, and place it in a pot. Dice the onions and garlic in the same way and add them. Finely chop the dill. Now add the water, broth, and dill. Simmer the vegetables with the lid on for about 25 minutes, depending on how tender the vegetables are. Just before the end of the cooking time, stir in the olive oil.
