Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g raspberries, fresh
- 1 tbsp syrup (raspberry syrup)
- 250 g buttermilk
- 2 tbsp cream, whipped
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Place all but two raspberries in a blender. Add the syrup and 1 cup of buttermilk and blend vigorously. Stir in the remaining buttermilk. Ladle into glasses, top with whipped cream, and garnish with a berry.
