Raspberry-Cranberry-Marble Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 500 g flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 handful of cranberries, dried
  • 5 tbsp jam (raspberry jam)
  • 5 tbsp syrup (raspberry syrup)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the margarine with eggs, sugar, and salt until fluffy. Add the flour, milk, and baking powder. Mix in the cranberries. Pour half of the batter into a greased 30 cm loaf pan. Stir the jam and syrup into the remaining batter and pour the batter into the pan, stirring lightly. Bake at 175°C for one hour.
