Raspberry – Cream – Yoghurt – Dream Dessert
The perfect raspberry – cream – yoghurt – dream dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Raspberries, frozen
- 0,5 l Bear brand whipped cream
- 2 small cups Natural yoghurt
- 1 pack Brown sugar / cane sugar
- How to do it: Put the frozen raspberries in a large glass bowl. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff.
- First stir the natural yogurt in a small bowl until creamy, then fold it into the cream and stir in well. Pour this mixture on the raspberries and smooth out. Now sprinkle the cane sugar generously in a really thick layer (at least 1 cm) on the mass.
- Let rest in the refrigerator OVERNIGHT. Serve chilled and DO NOT stir!
- Note 4: The raspberries thaw overnight and the juice also collects at the bottom of the bowl. When serving, please make sure that the spoon reaches the bottom (i.e. the raspberries). So that every guest has a layer of raspberries, cream and sugar in the dessert bowl. The acidity of the raspberries together with the freshness of the cream and the caramel-like sweetness of the brown sugar harmonize perfectly with each other.
