Dessert: Raspberry Yogurt Ice Cream

Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Fresh raspberries
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 250 g Yogurt
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Wash and puree the raspberries. Add the cream, yoghurt, sugar and lemon juice and stir together thoroughly.
  • Put this mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  • Now put in the ice cream machine and after about 40 minutes you will have delicious ice cream.
  • PS: If you don't have an ice cream machine, you can have this ice cream frozen in the freezer. For this, the cream should be whipped until stiff beforehand and then carefully mixed into the other previously mixed ingredients.
