  • 250 g Raspberries
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 2 Beaten egg whites
  • 4 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Puree the raspberries and press through a sieve and add the sugar. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Mix the raspberries with the mascarpone well, then fold in the beaten egg white.
