- 500 g Curd cheese 20%
- Sugar
- Raspberries fresh
- Put some raspberries aside for decoration. Puree the remaining raspberries. Put the quark in a bowl and sweeten with sugar if necessary. Add the pureed raspberries and stir in. Divide the quark into small bowls and decorate with the raspberries that have been set aside.
