Raspberry-ginger water

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter mineral water, still water, or alternatively tap water
  • 1 small piece(s) of ginger, approx. 1 cm
  • 1 handful of raspberries, fresh
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Thinly slice the ginger. Pour the mineral water into a measuring jug or wide-mouth bottle. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and stir or shake. Add the ginger slices and raspberries and let steep for at least one hour. Strain the ginger and ginger through a sieve.
