Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 red chili peppers
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 15 g sugar
- 1 tomato(s), peeled
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 tsp, heaped salt
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
boiled down
Dice the onion and sauté it in the oil until translucent. Then puree the onion with the tomato, chilies, and bell pepper; some small pieces may remain. Then add the sugar and salt and simmer until reduced to the desired consistency.
