Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 300 ml whole milk, fresh, chilled
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 70 g powdered sugar
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Recipe for the ice cream maker

Measure all ingredients, combine them in a blender, and blend thoroughly. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and run for 30 minutes for frozen raspberries or 45 minutes for fresh raspberries.
