Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g raspberries, frozen
- 100 g cane sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 g lemon zest
- 400 g yogurt, 3.8 or 10% fat
- 250 ml cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
makes approx. 1.2 liters
Place the frozen raspberries and all other ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly with an immersion blender. Then pour the entire mixture into the ice cream maker. Since the berries were frozen, the blending time will be shorter.
