Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g raspberries
  • 5 tbsp water
  • 1 pack of gelatin, ground
  • 450 ml water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • possibly lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quickly homemade, without ready-made jelly

Mix the gelatin with 5 tablespoons of water and let it swell for 10 minutes. Heat the remaining water in a kettle and pour it over the gelatin (careful, the water must not boil!). Mash the raspberries and add them to the gelatin. Season to taste with sugar and lemon juice, if desired. Refrigerate for a few hours.
