Raspberry-mango quark dish

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 mango(s), ripe
  • 200 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • e.g. blueberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

simple and delicious

Wash the raspberries or let them thaw. Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Mix the sour cream with the quark and agave syrup, then stir in the fruit and season to taste. Delicious as a dessert, but also as a summer main course; double the batch.
