Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 25 g flour (wholemeal)
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 35 g ground almonds
- 1 large egg white
- 35 g butter, melted
- 75 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Sift the flour into a bowl. Add the sugar, almonds, and melted butter. Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold in. Pour the batter into the muffin cups and top with the raspberries. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
