Raspberry Muffins
The perfect raspberry muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the sprinkles
- 150 g Sugar
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 80 ml Oil
- 80 ml Milk
- 150 g Raspberries
- 40 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 50 g Butter
- 0,5 tsp Cinammon
- Knead the ingredients for the crumble (topping) and place in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients well for the muffins. Mix the liquid ingredients with the mixer and mix with the dry ingredients to form a dough. Finally, carefully fold in the raspberries. (It doesn’t really matter whether it is fresh or frozen). Divide the batter into the muffin cups. Crumble the crumble dough on top
- And bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. FINISHED!
