Yogurt Hollandaise

The perfect yogurt hollandaise recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Egg yolk
  • 100 ml Vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  • 100 g Cream yogurt
  • 0,5 bunch Chervil
  1. Put the egg yolks, stock, lemon zest and juice in a saucepan with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Beat thickly on the stove until just before cooking
  2. Stir in the cream yoghurt, season again if necessary. Chop the chervil and stir in just before serving.
