Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 200 g natural yogurt
- 300 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Place the raspberries and yogurt in a blender and blend for about 1 minute until smooth (if using fresh raspberries, they should be chilled). Add the orange juice and blend again. Pour into glasses and serve with straws. Note: I don’t sweeten this smoothie, but you can feel free to.
