Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small avocado(s)
  • 75 g asparagus, green
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 75 g asparagus tips, green
  • 2 large orange(s), the juice
  • ½ tsp lemon(s), the juice
  • Mineral water, as desired
  • Ice cubes and an orange slice for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Vitamin drink

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and then scoop out the flesh from the skin. Cut into pieces and place in a blender. Wash the parsley and add it to the avocado without the stems; it should be a small handful. Puree both, add the asparagus tips and lemon juice, and blend again. Juice the oranges, add them, and blend again. If this is too thick, you can add a little mineral water. Then put ice cubes in a glass and pour the vitamin drink over them. Garnish with an orange slice. Depending on the size of the glass, this will make 1-2. Avocados are rich in vitamin E, which is good for the skin.
