Raspberry salad dressing

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 tbsp raspberries, frozen also possible
  • 5 tbsp raspberry vinegar, light balsamic vinegar also works
  • 3 tbsp walnut oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

delicious, great color, goes well with leaf salads

Puree the raspberries and strain them through a sieve. Add the vinegar and mix. Add the oil and whisk vigorously. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. This dressing tastes great with leaf salads.
