Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g raspberries
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup of yogurt
- possibly powdered sugar
- some ice cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with buttermilk
Puree the raspberries and gradually add the buttermilk and yogurt. If the raspberries are too tart, sweeten with a little powdered sugar. Serve with ice cubes. Tastes great (and looks great, too) when poured half and half with my mango shake in a glass.
