Raspberry shake

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g raspberries, fresh
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • ¼ liter buttermilk
  • 2 scoops of ice cream, raspberry

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sort the raspberries, wash them, drain well, and place them in a blender. Add the yogurt, buttermilk, and raspberry ice cream and blend vigorously. Sweeten to taste with liquid sweetener. Pour into decorative glasses and garnish. Serve immediately.
