Heimi’s Raspberry Tiramisu

The perfect heimi’s raspberry tiramisu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 4 Egg yolk
  • 2 Protein
  • 300 g Ladyfingers
  • 100 g Powdered sugar
  • 125 ml Strong coffee
  • 125 ml Amaretto
  • 200 g Raspberries
  • Cocoa for dusting
  1. Mix egg yolks and powdered sugar until creamy. Mix the mascarpone and egg mixture, fold in the whipped egg white. Soak the ladyfingers in coffee and amaretto, layer in a 20 x 30 cm form. (First ladyfingers then cream with raspberries.), chill. Dust with cocoa just before serving.
