Heimi’s Raspberry Tiramisu
The perfect heimi’s raspberry tiramisu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Mascarpone
- 4 Egg yolk
- 2 Protein
- 300 g Ladyfingers
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 125 ml Strong coffee
- 125 ml Amaretto
- 200 g Raspberries
- Cocoa for dusting
- Mix egg yolks and powdered sugar until creamy. Mix the mascarpone and egg mixture, fold in the whipped egg white. Soak the ladyfingers in coffee and amaretto, layer in a 20 x 30 cm form. (First ladyfingers then cream with raspberries.), chill. Dust with cocoa just before serving.
