Ingredients
 

  • 750 g Himbberen TK
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 500 g Whipped cream
  • 150 g Powdered sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 200 g Amarettini
  • 2 Juice of about 2 lemons

Instructions
 

  • Thaw 1 raspberries and puree. 2- Mix the mascarpone with powdered sugar around vanilla sugar and lemon juice and fold in the whipped cream (taste it, I prefer it a little sweeter) 3-Crumble amarettinis (leave them a little bigger, stay crispy for longer) 4- I layered the glasses like this: Amarettini- Mascarpone raspberries .... decorate the whole thing 2 times as you like. Put the glasses in the refrigerator about 2 hours before serving
