Raspberry – Vanilla – Crumble

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g raspberries (alternatively frozen)
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), the pulp
  • 30 g margarine (soft semi-skimmed margarine)
  • Sweetener, a few drops
  • 40 g flour
  • 2 tsp almond(s), chopped
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Toss the raspberries with half of the vanilla pulp and sweetener and place in two ovenproof cups. For the crumble, knead the margarine, flour, almonds, sugar, and remaining vanilla pulp and spread over the fruit. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (gas mark 2, fan oven: 160°C) on the middle rack for about 15 minutes and serve while still warm. This recipe is suitable for WW cooking: 3.5 servings per person.
